I am very discouraged with this phone at this point and am seriously thinking of going back to my android. The Mobile store was always able to transfer my files over for me. It still really stinks because I never had this problem when I had an android phone, ever. Luckily a lot of them I had already transferred to my computer. This really stinks big time, especially my photos some of them are just gone because I didn’t have them anywhere else. So, now I am stuck manually re-entering everything and manually downloading all of Apps again. The back-up files are clearly there but from Icloud my phone does not even recognize there is a back-up file available and the itunes file it says is corrupted. Guess what, I can’t get either one of them to restore to my replacement iphone 6. I did a warranty exchange on my phone, so when the new phone arrived I completed 2 back-ups. I am sickened at this point because I feel that I have lost everything from my Iphone 6.
